Problems accessing the Interactive Business Planner?

Problem: Forgot my password.
Solution: Use the password retrieval feature.

Problem: I can log into the system and reach the directory of business plan page, however, when I click on anything on this page, it takes me back to the page where it asks me for my username and password again.
Solution: Your Internet browser must be configured to accept "Cookies" (see our Privacy statement). Here are general guidelines to enable cookies for your browser:

Netscape Communicator

  1. With your browser open, click on the word "Edit" located on the upper right hand corner.
  2. On the submenu, click "Preferences". A new window will open up with plus signs next to them.
  3. Click on the word "Advanced" and the right hand window will display new information.
  4. At the bottom right-hand side of the window, you will notice three buttons, "Accept all cookies", "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server" and "Disable cookies".
  5. Click the "Accept all cookies" button or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server"" button.
  6. Click "Ok".
  7. You have now enabled your cookies and can click the "Reload" button located at the top of your browser.

Internet Explorer

  1. With your Browser open, click on the word "Tools", located at the top of the window.
  2. In the sub menu, click on "Internet Options".
  3. Click on the "Privacy" tab, at the top of the page.
  4. Click the "Edit" button at the bottom of the page. In the "Address of Web site" screen, add: http://www.cbsc.org and click "Allow".
  5. Click "OK".
  6. You have now enabled your cookies for the English version of the Interactive Business Planner. To enable the cookies for the French version, add: http://www.rcsec.org to the "Address of Web site" screen and click "Allow".
  7. Click the "reload" or "refresh" button located at the top of your browser.
