Problems accessing the Interactive Business Planner?
Problem: Forgot my password.
Solution: Use the password retrieval feature.
Problem: I can log into the system and reach the directory of business plan page, however, when I click on anything on this page, it takes me back to the page where it asks me for my username and password again.
Solution: Your Internet browser must be configured to accept "Cookies" (see our Privacy statement). Here are general guidelines to enable cookies for your browser:
- With your browser open, click on the word "Edit" located on the upper right hand corner.
- On the submenu, click "Preferences". A new window will open up with plus signs next to them.
- Click on the word "Advanced" and the right hand window will display new information.
- At the bottom right-hand side of the window, you will notice three buttons, "Accept all cookies", "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server" and "Disable cookies".
- Click the "Accept all cookies" button or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server"" button.
- Click "Ok".
- You have now enabled your cookies and can click the "Reload" button located at the top of your browser.
- With your Browser open, click on the word "Tools", located at the top of the window.
- In the sub menu, click on "Internet Options".
- Click on the "Privacy" tab, at the top of the page.
- Click the "Edit" button at the bottom of the page. In the "Address of Web site" screen, add: http://www.cbsc.org and click "Allow".
- Click "OK".
- You have now enabled your cookies for the English version of the Interactive Business Planner. To enable the cookies for the French version, add: http://www.rcsec.org to the "Address of Web site" screen and click "Allow".
- Click the "reload" or "refresh" button located at the top of your browser.
