Notice is hereby given that the Governor in Council proposes, pursuant to subsection 7.6(1) (see footnote a) of the Aeronautics Act, to make the annexed Regulations Amending the Designated Provisions Regulations. Interested persons may make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect to the proposed Regulations within 30 days after the date of publication of this notice. All representations must be in writing and cite the Canada Gazette, Part I, and the date of publication of this notice, and be sent to Nada Vrany, Director, National Air Services Policy, Transport Canada, Place de Ville, Tower C, 27th Floor, 330 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0N5. REGULATIONS AMENDING THE DESIGNATED PROVISIONS REGULATIONS AMENDMENT 1. Items 1 to 3, 18, 26 to 28, 30 to 33, 39 to 41, 47 and 51 to 54 of Schedule 1 to the Designated Provisions Regulations (see footnote 1) are repealed. COMING INTO FORCE 2.
