Notice is hereby given that the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 343 (see footnote a) of the Canada Shipping Act, proposes to make the annexed Regulations Amending the Ships Station (Radio) Technical Regulations, 1999. Ship owners, masters, seamen and other interested persons may make representations with respect to the proposed Regulations to the Minister of Transport within 90 days after the date of publication of this notice.
