In this special hour long edited segment - Shelagh delves into the downside of the cubefarm model, and she speaks to two people who had such nasty bosses they were forced to quit their jobs. Plus - one man who admits he's a reformed bad boss. To conclude, she talks to Graham Lowe - a workplace consultant who has spent his career trying he identify ways to increase job satisfaction.
