Health-adjusted life expectancy at the local level in Ontario 
Calculates and examines health-adjusted life expectancy (HALE) for the 42 public health units in Ontario and compares data with provincial results using a modified Sullivan method. Evaluates the usefulness of HALE as a measurement tool.
