Consultation on Draft Regulatory Documents

Regulatory Documents are developed through a consultative process. Each document is made available for public comment in its draft form. At the end of the comment period, all public input is reviewed by CNSC staff. The document may then be revised, reissued for further comment, withdrawn, or formalized as an CNSC Regulatory Document.

If you are interested in regulatory documents about nuclear substances, radiation devices, Class II nuclear facilities and prescribed equipment please view the list of Nuclear Substance Regulatory Documents.

The CNSC welcomes public input. Please refer to the list below to see which documents are currently open for public input.
