Licence amendment for Sur Sagar Radio Inc.

1. |
The Commission approves
the application by Sur Sagar Radio Inc. to amend the broadcasting
licence of the transitional digital radio programming undertaking at
Toronto by amending the following condition of licence: |

14. The undertaking must be
operational at the earliest possible date and in any event no later
than 12 months from the date of this decision.

2. |
Condition of licence No. 14,
as amended, will read as follows: |

|
14. The undertaking must be
operational at the earliest possible date and in any event no later
than 17 April 2005.

The Commission did not
receive any interventions in connection with this application. |
