A Feasibility Study is underway and public consultations are in progress! We need your input to assist in determining the study's outcome.

The feasibility study began in the fall of 2003, and much has happened since then. A Steering Committee oversees the study and will make recommendations on the study's outcome. A project team is in place and is conducting the feasibility study. Various research and mapping projects are underway, and public consultations began in February 2005.
