PROMOTIONAL PRODUCT COORDINATOR

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

MARKETING ENGLISH PROGRAMMING

SUMMARY:

Under the Head, Marketing English Programming, and on a project basis, under the coordination of the Marketing Manager, manages preparation of the key graphic and text elements required for marketing material production according to target audiences and taking into account the marketing strategy.  Coordinates input and changes, as well as completion of product for the market creates a critical path and schedule in collaboration with Production, Distribution, Graphic and Editorial Services; performs other duties as requested.


QUALIFICATIONS:

College diploma, preferably in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, along with three years of relevant experience in marketing of cultural products, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Good knowledge of graphics standards and industry practices and procedures for the creation of promotional materials. Ability to manage various projects at the same time, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. Ability to work collegially with the other departments. Effective oral and written communications in both official languages. Suitable personal qualities such as good judgment, sense of responsibility, meticulousness and good organizational skills.  Strong interest in animation.

EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH AND GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF FRENCH IS REQUIRED.
