For our annual Homestretch "Adult Christmas Party", Laurie MacKay has picked a fortified wine that is Australia's answer to Port. It is sweet & concentrated, with flavours of strawberry and cherry fruit with developed porty characters. A fantastic partner for a multitude of desserts like Christmas pudding, Christmas cake, pecan pie and chocolate mousse. It can also stand up to savoury dishes like pate and foie gras. Cheese matches: Cheddar, Roquefort and Manchego. A great gift for Christmas!
