Practice Reviews

Practice reviews focus on the Office's audit products. They provide assurance to the Auditor General on how well the Office is carrying out its responsibilities by assessing audit quality and compliance with Office policies and professional standards. The reviews cover selected attest and performance audits, special examinations, assessments of performance information in annual reports, and sustainable development monitoring activities.

Internal Audits

Internal audits focus on internal management and administration within the Office. They provide independent information, analysis, assessments, and recommendations to the Auditor General concerning the activities reviewed. The reports also provide the Auditor General with assurance as to the extent to which key risk areas within the Office are being adequately managed.
