Welcome! This section of the PMPRB Web site is intended to provide stakeholders with information to better understanding the role of the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board in Canada´s pharmaceutical price regulatory system.

The proposed amendments to the Patented Medicines Regulations, 1994, were published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, October 6, 2007 issue.

Stakeholders had until October 22, 2007 to submit their comments on the proposed amendments to the Secretary of the Board.
