Please note that due dates have been extended as follows:
- Submission of research proposals - March 25, 2002
- Detailed outline of research paper - May 1, 2002
- Submission of the first draft and executive summary - August 30,
2002
- Final research paper - October 15, 2002
NEW BUDGET GUIDELINES: Additional Information For Research Proposals
Funding for individual research papers is expected to
range from $5,000 to a maximum of $20,000, depending on the number of issues
addressed and the research methodology proposed. While a maximum budget
limit for individual research papers has not been set, requests for funding
in excess of $20,000 will be considered exceptional.
