Reservation Procedures

To make your reservation with Le Centre Sheraton Montreal you can either:

• Visit the Sheraton Hotel Web site and book your room using the hotel's on-line reservation system

• Call the hotel directly at +1-514-878-2000 and quote the group code “Privacy Conference” to obtain the conference special rate.

The conference room rates will be available until August 24, 2007.  Rooms are offered on a "first-come, first-served" basis.  Reservation requests made after August 24th will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.  It is strongly recommended that you make your hotel reservations early. 

When making your reservation, the hotel will request a valid credit card to guarantee your room upon arrival.  The hotel will hold your reservation until the hotel’s check out time the day following your scheduled day of arrival, after which the room reservation is cancelled and your room deposit forfeited to the hotel.

Confirmation of Reservation

Le Centre Sheraton Montreal will provide directly to you a confirmation of your reservation and acknowledgement of your room deposit at the time of booking.

Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to your reservation must be made directly with Le Centre Sheraton Montreal. Please check with the hotel regarding their policies and procedures for cancellation of reservations, changes to arrival dates, late checkout and early departures.
