It's all in the planning...
Time to think about overseas holiday mailing!

Ottawa - Though the weather is still warm and our thoughts may be more focused on the beginning of the hockey season or turkey dinners, it’s never too early to start planning overseas holiday mailings.

Canada Post offers several options (for every budget and speed requirement) to ensure gifts and greetings arrive on time for the holidays – no matter where they’re going or when you’re ready to send them! Use the information in the charts below to assist in planning your mailings.

Last December, Canada Post handled more than 900 million letters and packages -- that’s a lot of mail! To ensure your holiday cards and letters arrive on-time, they should be mailed by December 19 (for local delivery), December 18 (for delivery within your province) or by December 17 (delivery outside your province, within Canada).
