Harbour Maintenance Re-dredging and Land-based Disposal of Re-dredged Sediments in Prince Edward Island

The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) is currently reviewing the above draft report. The purpose of the report is to streamline the environmental assessment of the designated class of routine projects. The Agency is seeking public comment on the appropriateness of using this report. Comments received by June 21, 2007, will be considered. You can send your comments, in the official language of your choice, to:

Following consideration of the public comments, the Agency may declare the report to be a replacement class screening report, in accordance with the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act. Note that all comments received will become part of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Registry.
