What is an RSS feed?

RSS files (Rich Site Summary) automatically collect information from one or several Web sites via an RSS reader. You'll save time because you'll only receive new elements published on our site.

How are RSS feeds used?

You'll need an RSS aggregator (also known as a news reader or news feeder), which automatically retrieves new content from the section of the NFB site that interests you. A Google search will show several you can get for free.
