Audit of Communications With and Services to the Public in Both Official Languages in Offices With New Obligations (Alberta, Ontario and Quebec)

The Official Languages Branch has conducted an audit covering offices with new obligations for communication and service delivery in both official languages, further to the application of the 2001 Canada Census data on the first official language spoken. The institutions concerned are:
