Working in Canada: learn about working in your occupation once you arrive

SWAP
You could spend one year travelling and working in beautiful Ireland. The Student Work Abroad Program (SWAP) allows you to obtain a one-year Irish visa that enables you to work on an occasional basis while taking in the magnificent sights and experiencing the Celtic culture of Ireland. The wages you earn during your casual employment in Ireland will help you fund your extended stay, making this a efficient and economical way to see the world!

Working Holiday
Ever wished you could travel to Ireland and explore its beautiful countryside? By living and working in Ireland you get a chance to expand your travel experience and knowledge about this beautiful country. There are a wide range of jobs available and employment is not limited to any one employer, place or particular field.

General Working Holiday Program (Canada - Ireland)
With this unique program brought to you by USIT, you can travel and work for a full year around Canada. You will have an open employment permit, that will allow you to work occasionally during your stay in Canada to support yourself financially! You get the luxury of exploring the country at your own pace for an entire year.

Non Student Work Canada Program (Canada - Ireland)
Go for a short break and take a breather from the real world for a year. With your open employment permit, working anywhere you want in Canada is not only a possibility, it can become your reality. This program, jointly sponsored by USIT and the Canadian Federation of Students, gives you independence and adventure, while providing you with help and support before you go and during your stay. This is your chance to see and explore Canada.
