Ottawa -- Friends of the National Arts Centre Orchestra is pleased to announce its upcoming “Music to Dine For” fundraising dinners. Each of the two evenings involves intimate, music-themed dinners for 10 to 24 guests hosted by Ambassadors, High Commissioners, and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada.

“This is a wonderful opportunity to get together with a friend or two, make new friends, enjoy a delicious dinner, and, at the same time support the scholarship and bursary programmes for young musicians sponsored by the Friends,” said Josie Finestone, President of the Friends of the National Arts Centre Orchestra.

This year the dinners will take place on Tuesday, February 13 and Tuesday, April 10.

Those interested in attending may place an order for tickets for either date by contacting Anna Morena at 613-421-2044 or at anna5391@hotmail.com. Tickets are $100.00 each for Friends, $125.00 for non-members. Names will be drawn in advance and those attending will be notified of their host’s name, the venue chosen including directions on how to get there ten days in advance.
