Leah Roseman and Mark Friedman: Married in Music
March 02, 2005 -
The NAC Orchestra Association is featuring two National Arts Centre Orchestra members, Leah Roseman and Mark Friedman, first and second violin respectively, at their third popular session of “Behind the Music”. All orchestra goers know that Leah and Mark are superb musicians but not everyone knows that they are married to each other. That’s a guarantee of beautiful music all the way around.
This series has been developed by NACOA (the National Arts Centre Orchestra Association) to introduce members of the Orchestra and management to their audience in a more informal setting than Southam Hall and to give them some idea of what goes on “behind the music”. It is also an opportunity to meet friends and fellow music lovers over a cup of coffee and a muffin.
Place: Le Salon, National Arts Centre
Time: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Price: $10 NACOA members, $12 non-members
Phone Pamela Robinson (523-1799) for reservations. Tickets will be available at the door.
All proceeds benefit the National Arts Centre Orchestra music programs and the National Arts Centre Young Artists Program NACOA Scholarship.
