Activities

Enjoying the Hot Springs

A hot soak in hot mineral spring water is a pleasure not to be missed while visiting the Canadian Rockies. Surrounded by the natural beauty of some of Canada's most scenic national parks, it is easy to let the tension and stress of everyday life melt away in the warmth of the hot mineral pool. Hot Springs' water contains high concentrations of minerals and may enhance health. It is especially therapeutic for those who suffer from rheumatism, arthritis and sore muscles. The hot water may also help the body rid itself of harmful toxins.

For those seeking the most relaxing time to visit, plan to arrive early in the day or visit when the weather is cooler - from October to April.

While at the hot springs, there are other activities you may wish to engage in.
