The HR Management, Accountability and Reporting Division is responsible for:
Leading the development, implementation, evaluation and enhancement of the People Component of the Management Accountability Framework (PCMAF)
Leading the development and implementation of a more integrated approach to reporting by departments, agencies and other central agencies
responsible for human resources management and the development and publication of an annual report to Parliament on Human Resources
Management in the Public Service of Canada.
