The Staffing Toolkit for Managers was designed by managers and HR
professionals across government to support federal employees with the
implementation of the Public Service Employment Act (PSEA).
The toolkit is as an easy-to-use, general reference guide which shows at a
glance what new tools are available and how they can be used for full effect.
