This week, the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, George Radwanski, will appear before a House of Commons Standing Committee to discuss his 2000-2001 Annual Report to Parliament. Mr. Radwanski will be emphasizing his concerns about the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and video surveillance.
