Filing a T1204 information return

To file your T1204 information return, you can:

• use the T1204 Desktop application to file 1 to 700 slips (610 Kb);
• use the T1204 Desktop application to enter the data for up to 5,000 slips, which you then submit on electronic media;
• use tax preparation software to file 1 to 700 slips (610 Kb) by Internet File Transfer (XML); or
• use electronic media to file 701 or more slips
