Financial Management BranchMandateThe Financial Management Branch (FMB) provides advice and assistance, both at the corporate and sector levels, with regard to resource allocation, financial analysis, cost recovery and corporate cost allocation, grants and contributions, Treasury Board submissions and Cabinet documents, forms management, ad hoc financial reports, and other management initiatives; manages the planning and reporting for Parliamentary documents, promotes modern management practices, advocates and leads on risk management and implements and maintains financial policies, systems and procedures to meet departmental needs.
