Deadline for C-29 Corrective Payments has Passed
February 1, 2007, marked the last day of a one-year time period to correct past fees that were incorrectly
paid at the small entity level pursuant to section 78.6 of the Patent Act. No extension of time past this date can
be granted to submit a payment.
You are reminded that all correspondence received at the Patent Office is recorded and becomes part of the file history,
regardless of whether or not the corrective payment arrived before or after the February 1, 2007, deadline.
