SafeCanada.ca is organized into public safety subject-based categories and topics. These categories and topics are cross-referenced with other appropriate categories and topics to ensure ease of navigation between related subjects.

If you are unsure under which category or topic an item falls, our Search feature and our A-Z Index can help you find the resource you are looking for.

If you are searching for information for a particular audience, you may select an audience type from the left-hand menu bar on any of our pages. If you are searching for information for a particular province, territory or municipality, please consult our In My Community section. This feature allows you to view only the information intended for residents of a particular geographic location. Provinces, territories and municipalities (if applicable) are appended to link titles when viewed in modes other than by audience type or In My Community.

If you are still unable to find the information or service you are looking for, please use the Contact Us feature on our site to let us know. We aim to reply to inquiries within one or two business days; the complexity of the inquiry, however, influences our response time.
