The Standards Council of Canada (SCC) honours the notable achievements of its volunteers through a series of Awards. Presented in conjunction with the National Standards System (NSS) Conference, the awards recognize individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to voluntary standardization and conformity assessment programs, and have consistently demonstrated a commitment to their industry and the enhancement of the global standards system.

2008

The Nominations for SCC Awards are being accepted until November 9, 2007.  The 2008 Awards recipients will be honoured at a banquet on June 3, 2008 in St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador, as part of the 3rd National Standards System (NSS) Conference.

2006

At an awards dinner held during the evening of September 13th at the National Gallery of Canada in Ottawa, the accomplishments of the 2006 Award Recipients were acknowledged and celebrated by the SCC.

2004

The SCC honoured the 2004 award recipients, as part of the 2nd NSS Conference on Tuesday, November 16, 2004, with a banquet ceremony held at the Fairmont Palliser in Calgary, Alberta.

2002

The winners of the 2002 SCC Awards were announced at a celebration held in conjunction with the first Conference on March 26th, 2002 at the Château Mont Sainte-Anne Resort and Convention Centre in Quebec.
