Our Service Commitment
When you apply for a review or appeal to the Veterans Review and Appeal Board, you will be sent a decision within one month from your hearing date. Click here to see our performance against the standard.
The Veterans Review and Appeal Board reports annually to Parliament on its performance against this Service Standard. Every effort is made to meet this Service Standard, however a number of factors around individual claims may result in the standard not being met. For ease of comparison, we have also included our performance over the past number of years and our performance as of March 31, 2007.
