precipitation. Temperatures near minus one rising to near 4 this 
afternoon.

Belle Isle Bank northeastern half.
Winds light becoming easterly 15 knots this morning then
Increasing to southeast 25 this afternoon. Winds veering to

beginning this morning changing to rain this evening ending
