Marine synopsis for Labrador issued by Environment Canada at 4.00 AM 
NST Friday 23 November 2007.
The next scheduled synopsis will be issued at 9.30 AM.

  A deepening low pressure system will cross the Gulf of St Lawrence 
and move into southeastern Labrador late in the day.  Over most 
waters winds will increase to moderate to strong east to 
northeasterlies ahead of this low.
  On Saturday the low will slowly track towards the Belle Isle Bank. 
Winds will increase from moderate northeasterlies to strong to gale 
force northerlies over most waters ahead of the low.
Elsewhere strong northeast winds will back to strong northwesterlies.

  Marine interests are advised that gale warnings have been issued
For Mid Labrador Coast.. North Labrador Coast southern half..
South Labrador Sea northern half.. Northwest Labrador Sea 
southeastern half and the East Labrador Sea.  Marine interests are 
also advised that a freezing spray warning is in effect for lake 
Melville.
