Conseillers aux entreprises agricoles

Chacun des 16 conseillers aux entreprises agricoles (anglais : 'FBR-Farm Business Representative') joue un rôle capital dans la stratégie des communications de la CCB. Ils vivent dans la communauté qu'ils représentent et de ce point de vue constituent une courroie irremplaçable et fondamentale dans les rapports entre la CCB et les producteurs.

L'essentiel des activités des 'FBR' consiste à s'adresser aux meetings agricoles, à participer aux salons et activités locaux et à transmettre les changements qui interviennent dans le cadre des activités de la CCB.

Autre aspect du travail des conseillers : produire le rapport de leur agence. Dans ce rapport, ils signalent le volume de grains disponibles dans leur secteur. Ces rapports aident la CCB à planifier ses ventes et à faciliter la décision des agriculteurs en ce qui a trait au mouvement de leur grain.
