Audience: Architect / Engineer, Builder / Renovator, Investor, Mortgage lender or broker, Non-Profit Organization

CMHC, in collaboration with the City of Montréal, will bring together players from the private, community and institutional sectors who will share their concrete experiences in the development of housing projects. These projects have enabled modest-income households to access affordable properties or dwellings.

These key stakeholders in affordable housing include representatives from technical resource groups and non-profit organizations, as well as contractors, financial institutions and several other partners. You will hear about how these promoters of affordable housing solutions used City of Montréal and CMHC programs and services to secure successful financing arrangements and complete their projects.

The registration fee for this workshop is free and places are limited. Please register by November 15, 2007
