Seed Capital Program
The Seed Capital Program provides repayable, unsecured loans to entrepreneurs so that they can start, modernize or expand a business that will create employment opportunities in Atlantic Canada.

Eligibility Information
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- be residents of Atlantic Canada
- have majority ownership of their business
- other criteria may apply

- The program also provides a business counselling and training allowance to loan applicants.
