Canada Canadian Post War Military & Dependant Graves
This project, organized by the Canadian department of National Defence, commemorates the Canadian service members and their dependants who died outside of Canada during NATO activities, and were buried abroad. It maintains existing graves, and installs of Memorial Cairns to identify those whose graves have been lost. This site also contains a search tool by which you can locate the graves of loved ones by name or location of burial.
