Earth Day, child's play!Gatineau, Quebec, April 12, 2007 — Come have some planet-friendly fun at the Canadian Children's Museum to celebrate Earth Day! On Saturday and Sunday April 21 and 22, take part in Toys for Earth Day! and make great toys using recycled materials.
Every year on April 22, millions of people around the world celebrate Earth Day by doing something nice for the planet and for their communities. Toys for Earth Day! is the Children's Museum's unique way of promoting a cleaner, healthier planet for everyone, while having some fun.
Taking part in Toys for Earth Day! is also an excellent way to fully enjoy the exhibition Top Secret: Mission Toy, presented until September 3, 2007 at the Children's Museum. Use your investigative and playtime skills to explore, examine and learn about intriguing toys from around the world.
