How to report a data observation?
In order to improve the quality of NRN datasets an observation detection process is provided by the Canadian Council on Geomatics (CCOG) and Natural Resources Canada. An Observation is defined as any deviation of the data from the product's Standards and Specifications. The closest to source providers have agreed to invite users of the NRN GeoBase data to communicate directly to them all observations detected within their dataset.
