Cadets Program
The Cadets Program gives youth the opportunity to become cadets, learn about the Canadian Forces, develop skills and obtain employment related to the military.

Eligibility Information
Participants must meet the following criteria:
- be between the ages of 12 and 18
- be Canadian citizens or legal residents of Canada
- other criteria may apply

Related Information
- Once enrolled in the Program, youth may participate in it until their 19th birthday.
- Cadets are not members of the Canadian Forces, nor are they obligated to join the military.
- Youth can choose to join the Air, Army or Sea Cadets.
