Red Meat

Canada's red meat and meat products industry, the largest sector of the Canadian food manufacturing industry, is dominated by beef, pork, and lamb. It is one of the most valuable manufacturing industries overall.

Dairy

Canada's dairy sector plays an important role in the Canadian agriculture and agri-food economy. Dairy production generates $4.84 billion in total farm cash receipts and $11.5 billion in manufacturing sales.
