Minister Prentice Inspects Canada's Newest Satellite
Longueuil, Quebec, October 24, 2007 – The Honourable Jim Prentice, Minister of Industry, will offer remarks on the next generation, commercial satellite - RADARSAT-2 which is scheduled to be launched on December 8, 2007 from Baikonur, Kazakhstan.
This will be the last opportunity for media to view the satellite prior to its shipment for launch.
