CANADA, UNITED STATES AND MEXICO SIGN TRILATERAL MINISTERIAL DECLARATION

On the occasion of the Trilateral meeting held in Tucson, Arizona on April 27, 2007 the Honourable Lawrence Cannon, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities along with United States Secretary of Transportation, Mary E. Peters, and Mexican Secretary of Communications and Transportation Luis Téllez Kuenzler signed the following Trilateral Ministerial Declaration:
