New Weekly Checklist distribution process
September 27 2006 This note is to inform you that a new Weekly Checklist distribution process is being implemented for the Full Depositories beginning with Weekly Checklist 2006, No. 35. In our previous system, we were not providing you with a packing slip and the Weekly Checklist served as a tool to verify the shipment. For this reason, we could not send the shipment until the paper copy was available. As you are aware, our new system provides a packing slip with each shipment, therefore it is no longer necessary to use the Weekly Checklist for this purpose. Effective immediately, the paper copy of the Weekly Checklist will be listed and shipped only after the issues have been printed and received in our warehouse. In other words, your print copy will follow in the next week’s shipment of publications. What does this mean? It means faster delivery of your documents to your door.
