Minimum Mandatory Qualifications
Qualified ISS SA holders
- Required Services
The required services may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Executing human resources support activities;
- Providing assistance in the areas of employment, affirmative action, salary and benefits administration, employee events, or employee communications;
- Recording data and preparing reports;
- Responding to questions about human resources issues, or referring question to appropriate person;
- Starting and completing employment documents.

- Minimum Mandatory Qualifications
All Human Resources Assistants shall possess, as a minimum:
Twelve (12) months of demonstrated experience, within the last thirty-six (36) months, directly related to Human Resources activities.

Qualification under the occupational categories will be used for the selection of potential bidders under an RFP stating the required occupational category (ies). For further details, refer to Item G. of Annex A "Contracting Process and Contract Amendments Under the Supply Arrangement - Stage 2" of the SA.
