• St. Laurence Observatory - OSL : Internet portal providing access to scientific data and information for the Estuary and Gulf of St. Lawrence.
• Canadian Tide Tables: predicted times and heights of tides for Canadian waters.
• Fish Habitat Management Information System - FHMIS :  spatially referenced information system for the integrated management of the coastal zone of the St. Lawrence and Northern Quebec (Under development).

• Regional Library : MLI regional library open to the public.
• Network of Federal Research and Development Organizations in Quebec: MLI is one of the 21 federal organizations from 11 departments and agencies that are dedicated to research and development in Quebec. They work in numerous fields of expertise dealing with people, energy, water, space, earth, plants or animals. These institutions have merged into this Network to share and promote scientific knowledge.
