The help page is designed to assist ECBC's users and make navigation of the website easier for all its users.

Three options for assistance:

Explanation of Navigational Buttons

Government of Canada Navigational Menu Bar

The Government of Canada Menu is a common menu which appears on the top of every site page to facilitate navigation through and between all GoC sites.

	Links to the page content in the official language of English.
	Links to the page content in the official language of Français.
	Provides a means for users to send electronic mail or to find the information necessary to utilize other means of communication (telephone and facsimile numbers, street and post office box addresses, etc.) with the organization or delegated officials.
	Links to page containing a site map and other assistive information such as frequently asked questions or other user information.
	Links to search and retrieval systems that enable users to obtain information on a particular subject in any GoC Web site.
	Provides a direct link to the Government of Canada Web site.

ECBC's Institutional Menu Bar

Institutional Menu is ECBC's own navigational menu which appears directly below the GoC's common menu. This menu is the primary navigational tool used to navigate throughout ECBC's entire corporate website.

	The Home button returns the user to ECBC's main page.
	The About ECBC button provides the user with a brief overview of ECBC, Board of Directors, Staff and Vision.
	The Annual Report button enables the user to view ECBC's Annual Reports from 1999-2000 in both a html and printable version.
	Program Guidelines provides the user with a complete list of ECBC's guidelines, information on completing a business and marketing plan and the application for assistance form.
	The News Release button provides the user with a complete and up to date list of News Releases issued by ECBC.
