Hi, I’m Rona Ambrose and today, April 17, 2007, I participated in the unveiling of the “neuroArm”, a project in which Western Economic Diversification Canada invested $3 million.
It’s a successful conclusion to an inspiring chapter in western innovation history, but I’m confident this Alberta success story is far from over.
This technology will revolutionize the medical applications of robotics and Canada will be leading that revolution.
Those benefits are made possible by the tremendous support the “neuroArm” project received . . . from university, industry and public partners, and from the people of this community.
Calgarians have every reason to be proud of what has been accomplished at the University of Calgary.
