Montréal, Quebec, August 16, 2007 - Environment Canada's Biosphère today launched an outdoor photography exhibition called RESPECT: in the heart of the boreal forest. Developed by Reporters Communication and presented free of charge until February 28th, 2008, the exhibit aims to raise Canadians' awareness of the preservation of our natural environment.
MONTRÉAL, Quebec, April 16, 2007 - For Earth Day, Environment Canada's Biosphère is organizing an open house and invites the public to come and discover its two new wind turbines. As a result of this initiative, for the first time, Montrealers can see and learn all about this new source of renewable energy. There will be various activities and presentations. The open house will be held Saturday and Sunday, April 21 and 22 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Admission is free for everyone.
