Register with TAV
To register for Travel AcXess Voyage services, you must request a Traveller Identification Number (TIN) and then complete the New User Setup on the TAV portal.
You will receive your TIN and password by e-mail or by calling the TAV Travel Support Desk. You will then be required to log in to the portal and complete the New User Setup, which guides you through the mandatory fields required to create your Traveller Profile.
We recommend that you then complete all the remaining fields in your Traveller Profile using the portal’s Profile/Manage E-mail link. A complete Traveller Profile ensures that all your contact information, departmental details, and travel preferences are available to the on-line system and to Travel Call Centre counsellors, making your travel transactions faster and easier.
This is an easy one-time process. Your TIN will be your identification number as long as you work for the Government of Canada. Even if you change organizations, you simply update your Traveller Profile and keep the same TIN.
